Prognocis EHR Transcription/Scribe Service
We are fully integrated with Prognocis EHR. We will transcribe your provider’s notes directly into the Prognocis EHR system and rich text will be inserted automatically into the appropriate sections of the EHR encounter. This is said to be the seamless way of integration. The data transfer is done through a secure VPN and all the messages sent are HL7 compliant.
We offer 12 to 24 hours of turnaround time for normal dictations and 2 to 4 hours of turnaround time for urgent dictations. There are no setup fees or hidden costs.
We have an iPhone and Android app that you can use to dictate and upload dictations to our server. Similar to a handheld recorder, our mobile app allows the user to record dictation on a mobile device in just click.
